Spring is in full bloom and we're celebrating the season at Tanaka.

I love how their matcha has such a rich flavor and it's a beautiful shade of green.

All the drinks I made and tried were all bright and refreshing.

My favorite was definitely the sakura or the watermelon.

Their matcha honey toast was also fun to eat.

The bread was fluffy and it was topped with matcha,
