on the big screen that hasn't lost its charm.

And of course there has to be a cute little bakery called

Simply Sweets that makes world-class cakes and the best sweet treats.

The coconut quila and the pink velvet cookie are the treats I'm still dreaming of.

And then there's this straight out of a Pinterest store called Dandelion,

and is a little nook to read or work creatively.

- Ask what their agua fresca flavors currently are! when I went I had their Passionfruit Cantaloupe flavor, and it was soooo good and it came in a generous serving size! My friend and I ended up splitting it
- You must try the tres leches waffle! it was everything I dreamed it would be

Yap over brunch at Frontera Sur

This recently opened Mexican and Guatemalan spot is perfect for your next brunch.

It's one of those places where you'll want to order one of

everything on the menu because everything sounds so good and creative.

I'll definitely be coming back to try the mazapan pancakes and the birria omelet.

Here's what it's like to stay at one of the most

historic lodges in Washington State and exploring areas around Vancouver,

Walking through the doors of the Heathman Lodge feels like

stepping into a rustic piece of Pacific Northwest history.

The whole place just embodies the Pacific region.

Everything from the design to the details

reflects the culture and landscape around.

We checked into the governor's suite with a living room and a.

we started our day with grabbing breakfast at their in-house restaurant,

We got the eggs Benedict and the French toast,

we walked around the lodge and checked out the pool and the gym areas.

It's a huge place with 20 signature suites

Before stepping out on our adventurous day,

we grabbed a Complimentary mockup from the 24/7 coffee bar and headed out.

The itinerary for the day included exploring the Lateral Falls,

and watching the sunset at Vancouver Waterfront,

and finally dinner at the Spinball Arcade in Vancouver.

Then retired back at the Eman Lodge at night.
