without the crowds. You'll picnic under the blooms in a cemetery

(trust us), then chow down at a classic Italian joint.

First, head to Wine and Butter for all your DIY

charcuterie needs AKA some wine, bread, and cheese.

head to the Congressional Cemetery for my

fave cherry blossom peeping without the crowds.

These flowers bloom a bit earlier than the Tidal Basin,

so the trees don't look like this anymore.

But you've got to save this plan for next year.

Find a spot next to some very dead congressmen and enjoy the blossoms.

Next head to Caruso's Grocery for some of the most authentic Italian in DC.

This place feels like home when you walk in and everything is so good.

The Cacio e Pepe pasta was so creamy and the Amish chicken was very tasty.

My friend got the Wagyu upgrade for her entree and loved it.
