Stern Grove Festival

We had an amazing time at Stern Grove for their free live music festival,

which takes place every Sunday throughout the summer.

It's truly a must-do San Francisco summer tradition.

General admission tickets are released through a lottery

system that opens 6 weeks before each show,

 at noon and took in the scenic walk through

the towering eucalyptus trees that led to the amphitheater.

there's definitely a bit of a rush to claim a good spot.

We found this perfect spot on the hill and set up our blankets.

While there are food trucks and bars available,

you're also welcome to bring your own food and drinks,

including alcoholic beverages if you're 21 and up.

We got to see The California Honey Drops,

who put on an incredible show and kept the energy high all afternoon.

and we're already counting down the days until the next one.

we headed over the Golden Gate Bridge and made

our way into the charming town of Tiburon,

a cozy Italian restaurant right on the water.

We ordered Caesar salads and a shared plate of meatballs while soaking in the views.

we took a short stroll down Main Street to CineLounge Tiburon,

Retro style movie theater that feels more like a living room than a cinema.

Inside we passed a wall of Robin Williams' memorabilia,

a sweet tribute to the late local legend before stepping

up to the bar to order drinks and popcorn.

Sur La Table Cooking Class 

This is for all the chefs or the aspiring chefs out there.

Come spend an afternoon at Sur La Table diving into the art of Italian cooking.

We found our stations complete with personalized aprons and

joined another pair of chefs ready to create.

Our menu for the day was all about fresh homemade goodness,

a rich paparadelle ragu and delicate lemon ricotta ravioli with peas.

We started by mixing and kneading our own dough

before setting to work making our own pasta shapes.

The instructor walked us through all the equipment,

Then we cut up the dough and said goodbye.

For a little bit while it went into the boiler.

The ingredients were mostly prepped for us,

little bit of chopping before cooking down the vegetables as well.

The food was delicious and we loved this experience,
