Office, now reimagined as the elegant Waldorf Astoria.

As you make your way to the elusive elevator for the top of the building,

you'll find this little informative gallery showcasing DC's rich history

and stories about the building of the post office itself.

The old post office is run by friendly National Park Service rangers and this

observatory deck feels like DC's best kept secret because... look at these views.

I could spend all day looking out of this beautiful city,

They had a long selection of all types of drinks,

although you really can't go wrong with a dirty martini here.

Yep, that was a second poor and it was all we needed for the rest of the night.
