Wine Tasting

✅ Before you go: 
• Tastings are $20 per person for 5 wines that are chosen by the winemaker  
• Tastings are available on Friday and Saturday from 1pm -6pm, and on Sunday from 1pm to 5pm
• Pets are allowed outdoors only (& not in the vineyards) and must be on leash at all times due to wildlife in the area
• There is indoor and outdoor seating, but check the weather in advance to come prepared
• Groups larger than six (6) require a confirmed reservation made at least 48 hrs in advance
• 🚗Transportation:
• ~40 min northeast of Dallas
• Free public parking

• You can recork your bottles to take home if you don’t finish 🥂
• You can purchase all the wines by the bottle, but remember to bring your ID!

First you'll head to San Martino Winery in Rockwell and head straight to their wine

tasting room where you'll taste three different

They have a variety of dry whites and reds to choose from,

but Emilio suggested we start with one of their sparkling wines.

We love the champagne samples so much that we decided to purchase

the entire bottle before heading outside to enjoy the vineyard grounds.

Snag a seat at one of their outdoor tables and be

sure to explore the vineyards with your wine in hand.

Y'all, when I tell you this was the best sparkling wine I have ever had, just trust me.

It was so fresh, so crisp and so delicious.

Once we were full of champagne and giggles,

we tried one of their reds and it was definitely a winner.

Whatever you don't finish, they'll recork for you to take home.

One of the most special parts of this whole experience was connecting with Emilio.

He even gave us a tour of his private wine cellar, which was so cool.

Catbird is definitely one of the best bars in Dallas! My absolute favorite drink was the Oko Ono, if you go you HAVE to try it out. They have a great DJ, a patio with a beautiful view, and the perfect aesthetic to go with the most perfect cocktails.

Catbird has to be one of the coolest bars in all of Dallas,

and I was so excited to finally get the chance to hop on over and check it out.

She got the origamos and I got the catbird,

Dani also really loved these spicy shrimp tacos.

Everyone kept telling me my dress matched the bathroom,

and they have a really nice bar and outdoor patio if you're waiting for your table.
