really got us feeling the Christmas vibes.

If you're looking for an adventure that is right in our own backyard,

which is Denver's only rotating theme cocktail bar.

We caught the tail end of their current theme,

I truly can't begin to describe how wild and fun their drinks are,

including this flash frozen gin drink served as a cloud on a plate.

The current menu and decor draw inspiration from neon and futuristic classics,

Lucy's Dream and Electric Sheep were my personal favorites,

but we were treated to a sneak peek of the upcoming themes menu,

and it somehow managed to be just as tasty as what they're currently offering.

You truly have to check it out for yourself,

I love checking out new restaurants in town,

so I was thrilled to recently learn about Boom Bot's Pasta Shop.

This brand new pasta place just opened and is

serving up fresh pasta dishes with funky spins.

but the real standout is the food and drink menu.

unique drink that I'm already planning on going back for.

The big ass mott sticks are not to be missed,

but my favorite thing we had was the dirty martini bucatini.
