• All seating is first come, first served
• There’s limited seating, so if you’re extra hungry, be sure to get here outside of the typical 10am-12pm brunch window
• If there’s a wait, that’s half the fun! Enjoy taking the time to browse their records and historic memorabilia

🚶‍♀️/🚗 Transportation:
• Easy Street Records and Cafe is located at the very center of West Seattle’s notorious Junction - it’s hard to miss!
• Now that the West Seattle bridge is open, it’s a much quicker drive for the rest of Seattle residents (only 15 - 20 minutes away from Capitol Hill and Ballard)
• Parking can be difficult on the weekends on California Avenue, so head straight to the neighborhoods for the best chance at free parking
• For those of you with low patience and empty stomachs, there are paid parking options available right around the corner at Wells Fargo :)
• Because of its central location, most of the popular West Seattle bus lines stop right around the corner

💪 Pro tips:
• Skip the waitlist and head straight upstairs to check for empty first-come first-served bar top seating! There were quite a few seats open when we arrived, but we wanted to browse the store instead so actually opted for the wait
• The menu is full of a surprising amount of vegetarian and vegan options
• Enjoy reading through hilarious menu items - be sure to add a poached egg to the James Browns 
• The record store has very narrow aisles, which makes it difficult to walk through, so avoid bringing bulky bags or items with you
• Check out the Bob Marley autographed record on the back left wall on the first floor - and yes it’s available for purchase!

Easy Street in West Seattle is a record store meets cafe. Two

stories tall and filled wall to wall with vinyls and memorabilia,

they pretty much have everything from the Beatles to

Beyonce. When they call their name to sit,

I actually wasn't even finished looking around.

Make sure to check out the bar seating upstairs to skip

the wait list and get the best view in the restaurant.

The food is no fuss, so delicious and super reasonable.

Plus the menu is filled with cheeky music references, which I loved.

The cookware store hosts several different types of cooking classes,

and tonight our recipes are based in Thailand.

A chef guides you through the process step by step,

but you get to do everything from the preparation to the cooking and the plating.

These classes are a bit more expensive at almost $100 per person,

but I was really impressed with how much we got to do with the experience

Our shrimp barely be to the end of the meal.

I think we had 4 left by the time we played and everything,

but all of the food we made definitely passed the taste test.
