• Area 53 in Williamsburg hosts 21+ every Thurs from 8PM-12AM. Tix run $49pp & get you access to a ropes course, zip lining, roller skating (skate rentals included too), huge 2-story slides, a laser maze, battle beams, a ninja course, & rock climbing. There’s also a live DJ (NOTE: This event used to be BYOB, but it's not any more!)

• Arcade games & pool tables are extra, but worth it. You’ll fill up a game card when you get in

• Wear something comfy! You’re going to be running around like an 8-year-old on Christmas w/ a new jungle gym to explore … dress to get active 

💪 Pro tips: 
• They have lockers on site if you want to drop your things in, but bring your own lock! 
• They have snacks & food for purchase (hotdogs, ice cream, etc.)
• Get the game card & try the laser maze. It’s hilarious 
• You can carry your phone & things with you everywhere, but I suggest bringing a bumbag

my friends and I checked out this crazy indoor adventure park

recently and I can't wait to share it with you guys.

You're gonna zip line, battle, roller skate, and so

much more after eating some insanely good tacos.

So gather up the crew and make your first stop at Tortilleria Mexicana Los Hermanos. 

This is a tortilla factory that actually has a very vibey,

mini cantina on the side and some of the absolute best

So order a bunch to share, and try not to overeat

before you walk over about 10 minutes to Area 53.

This wild indoor adventure park is BYOB on Tuesdays.

So cheers your friends to start the night, and then make your way over to the ropes course. 

This kind of stuff just comes naturally to some people and for others ... not so much. 

but I still had so much fun here. And the zip lining is definitely worth it.

whatever this is, attempting a ninja course, some battle beams,

roller skating, and having a live DJ on deck.

There's also plenty of arcade games you can get into

Did you know you can take the ferry to Rockaway Beach and get there in under an hour?

If you're looking for beach gear like towels and chairs,

we got ours from Target for under $10 each item,

The waves were huge and everyone was having the best time in the water.

I really wanted to make a little art piece that

we could bring home and commemorate the beach day.

So I had this idea to paint the sea and use glue to add sand and seashells.

It's super beginner friendly and I'm literally going to think about this beach

day every time I see our artwork hung up in our home.

We took the ferry back during sunset and the views were amazing.

it was time for Gary Ferrar's magic show.

part out because this magician was mischievous.

but then he would close the loop later on.

It was really well orchestrated and highly theatrical,

He definitely had us all walking away quite mystified and wondering how he did it.

we could see him having his own show in Vegas one day.

he has a show about once a month of the Algonquins,

so definitely try to catch him while he has his residency.

Take Metro North to Croton Harmon, then Uber to Croton Gorge Park for scenic waterfall views, a relaxing picnic, and an easy hike to the dam top!

• get metro north tickets to Croton Harmon $11.25 one way
• bring everything you need (we packed a ton of food)
• once at Croton Harmon, get an uber to Croton Gorge Park (~$10) 

💪 Pro tips
• we saw people grilling - bring your own grill and everything you need if you want to barbecue 
• go early, we got there at 9am 
• it can get crowded and if you’re driving entrance fee is $10 and parking is limited
• highly recommend doing the footpath to the top of the dam (don’t bring too many things if you want to do this or take turns to go up)

Take the metro north to Croton Harmon 

amazing waterfall views that's easy to get to?

This is your sign to take the Metro North from

Grand Central to Croton Harman in under an hour.

Then take a 7 minute Uber to reach Croton Gorge Park and enjoy these stunning views.

We found a picnic table right under a tree with a view of the waterfall dam,

and enjoyed the views while feasting on all the food we brought.

An ice cream truck pulled up and we definitely got some!

We played some badminton and games we brought before

following the footpath to the top of the dam.

It was only 12 minutes to reach the top and oh wow,
