At MoltenWorks Glass Studio, engage in a creative date making your own glass artwork, with options to upgrade and personalize your pieces.

Glass Crafting

✅ Before you go
• Book your Sip N’ Fuse class about a week in advance. They have classes on Wednesday evenings and weekends: https://www.moltenworksglass.com/book-now-1
• Tickets are $55 per person, which includes the cost of a basic glass creation, but does not include drinks
• Your final project will be ready a week later, but they’ll hang onto it for a while if you aren’t able to go pick it up right away

💪 Pro tips:
• They have several binders of templates to look through for inspiration, but I ended up using a Pinterest photo as inspo
• Arrive a few minutes early so you have time to look at the example art and go through the templates. Once the two hour class begins, it goes by so quickly!
• There are so many upgrade options (bigger bowls, special metal things for hanging your art, etc.) but I went with the basic two coaster option. Two for the price of one 😎

Here's a creative date and a chance to try something new together.

Head to MoltenWorks Glass Studio in Woodinville where

you'll be cutting and decorating your own glass creation.

and then you'll pick out a ton of different shapes

and colors of glass to decorate with. If you want,

you'll grab a drink too. After a quick demonstration, you can jump right in.

They have templates you can choose from, but I decided to do my own thing.

It was so fun to be creative and try something new together.

I have very little artistic talent and still really loved it.

Once you put the finishing touches on your masterpiece,

the staff will take over the putting it together process.

• on weekends it gets pretty busy after 10 am so be sure to go earlier (or later) on the day.

Dinner at Capitale Pizzeria

This cozy little gem- Capitale pizzeria completely transported me to Napoli.

and the beet salad absolutely blew me away.

I'm not even a salad person and I was in love.

Cities and honestly each bite felt like a quick trip through Italy's flavors.

Toppings were the quality we could taste.

The desserts are in the league of their own.

💪 Pro tips
• Bouquets are charged by size - extra small for $2, $5 for a quarter of zip tie, $8 for a half, and $13 for a full zip tie. Mine is actually too small that they decided to let me just have it :) And if you don’t want to cut flowers - totally fine and there’s plenty of other things to do.

• love the local honey tasting! If they are there don’t miss it. Also, Swanky scoop ice cream was there and my friend said it is really good.

building full dreamy bouquets with all the colors of summer.

and lots of people were taking the chance to do photo shoots,

capturing sweet summer moments with friends and family among the blooms.

There are also outdoor games scattered around - jumbo stacking blocks,

We even jumped in for a quick round of cornhole.
