•The main duck pond area of the trail is directly in a residential area so be mindful!
• We parked in a lot close to Huffhines Park, crossed the street towards the trail, and went through an alley to get to the main duck pond area – note that the alley is behind residential homes as well.

First, we're headed to Bangkok at Beltline.

They serve a Thai afternoon tea every Saturday and it is absolutely worth it.

Each tier was paired with a tea and let me tell you, even if you're not a tea drinker,

the teas paired so well. And come on, look at how cute everything is.

it's time to head just up the road to Lone Chimney Mercantile.

This quirky gift shop had so much to look at.

I could have spent all day looking through all the fun stickers

And because I can't pass up a fun little drink,

we popped into Magic Cup for a literal now magic cup.

I heard they had Chamoy and tajin drinks and they did not disappoint,

add the mango fan, trust me. We grabbed our drinks and headed to Duck Creek Trail.

Now, this is a hidden gem spot in a residential neighborhood

that may be a little tricky to navigate to but is well worth it.

There were ducks all along the trail and it was a

perfect spot to end the day and soak up the sunshine.

mimosas with this super fresh peach and orange juice.

so we started out with these Jamon & Manchego croquettas.

my absolute favorite item off their brunch menu is the Torrijas!

they also have a super fun tradition where they

pour wine into your mouth out of a Parron.

They also have the freshest sangria ever.

Catbird is definitely one of the best bars in Dallas! My absolute favorite drink was the Oko Ono, if you go you HAVE to try it out. They have a great DJ, a patio with a beautiful view, and the perfect aesthetic to go with the most perfect cocktails.

Catbird has to be one of the coolest bars in all of Dallas,

and I was so excited to finally get the chance to hop on over and check it out.

She got the origamos and I got the catbird,

Dani also really loved these spicy shrimp tacos.

Everyone kept telling me my dress matched the bathroom,

and they have a really nice bar and outdoor patio if you're waiting for your table.

We ended our evening with a haiku cocktail and a nitro espresso martini.
