Yoga with baby goats has been at the top of my bucket list,

and after trying GOGA and Greek food, I promise they deserve a spot on yours too.

First head to YOGA & GOGA where you can work

out with some very stylish baby goats. During class,

the instructors would literally hand us goats to hold and mid pose

you might just end up with a goat on your back. The baby goats were also super

• You’ll get the most playing time on weeknights, weekends tend to be a lot busier and holes can get busy!
• Reentry is allowed
• Each hole has misters, but you’ll be in direct sunlight, so I would go in the later afternoon hours or earlier in the day 
• If you don’t want to golf, no problem! You can access their amenities outside of golf and pickleball for free.

We began the class by smelling all the different types of scents that the studio.

• Bring a refillable water bottle! They have stations to fill up, and you’ll want to stay hydrated.
• No outside food or drink allowed (except water)

💪 Pro tips
• Book your day pass in advance!! Spots fill up fast. I would recommend getting the 9 AM time slot for arrival, by 11 it was pretty crowded. No entrance allowed without a pass.
• Children under 13 are not allowed 
• The food is really good!
• You’ll need to wash off prior to entering, so I wouldn’t apply any sunscreen beforehand.
• Bring a hat for shade!

Ate Mineral Springs is a hidden oasis with 5 spring-fed pools,

I recommend getting there as early as possible to grab a

good spot and enjoy the amenities before it gets too crowded.

we grabbed some juices at the cafe and headed to my favorite part,

but the cold plunge was a crisp 50 degrees and felt.

The hot tub and sauna are great to warm back up in and relax in afterwards.

each ranging in different temperatures to enjoy,

and even hammocks to relax and read a book or take a nap in.

we grabbed some ceviche and the prosciutto arugula pizza that was

cooked in a wood-fired oven right in front of us.
