This spot is a perfect area to spend the day with friends. It has a huge grass area,

two food trucks and most importantly, pickleball courts.

First, I got myself a frozen shandy, which I have to say was 10 out of 10.

They offer immersive farm-to-table cooking experiences in East Austin.

Bringing your own booze is welcome if it interests you.

They offer multiple class options, and we attended the wood-fired pizza class.

They give great guidance and make the class fun.

They have an outdoor patio with a traditional wood-fired oven.

After they provide instructions, it’s time to cook.

You start with your dough and then you choose between a tomato or olive oil base.

You get to pick the toppings for your pizza.

Next, you even get to put your pizza in the oven.

You can pair your pizza with some fresh Caesar salad.

At the end, we made Italian Cookie Sandwiches.

You can roll them in crushed almonds or chocolate chips.

It’s blossom times outside!! Beautiful weather and seasonal drinks are just the perfect combo to enjoy a pretty outing day. The Lou Neff Point at Zilker park is perfect for a date with scenic view where you will take plenty of pictures to immortalize the moment. Stop by Starbucks first to get some drinks, do some kayaking together or just stroll around Lake Austin, and get the perfect view of Downton Austin.

• Get your drinks at Starbucks by Zilker. You definitely want to try their Mango Strawberry lemonade refresher. It’s delicious! They also have a seasonal mango creamy matcha or lavender matcha that you want to try!
• Don’t even think about skipping the Yuzu citrus! You will be missing out. And ask to warm it up to get the full taste. It’s Delicioussss!!

💪 Pro tips

• The easiest way to get to Lou Neff Point is to use the direct address provided here. 
• The Lou Neff Point is at 7min drive or 15min walk from Starbucks at Zilker Park.
• Parking is along the road. 
• If you want to park really close to the Lou Neff Point, visit at non-peak times: 11-2pm. Otherwise there are many parking spots around it. 
• For Lou Neff point video: To get the full and best view, try shooting using 0.5 frame.

If you’re looking for a place to enjoy some nice coffee, treats while working or reading a book especially during gloomy days you want to visit those places! They have beautiful views to look at while you sip on your favorite beverage 😉

Lamppost Coffee in Round Rock is the perfect cozy spot for coffee, treats, and remote work with free WiFi and comfy seating.

Lamppost Coffee has many locations. The one in this video is Lamppost Coffee on Main Street in Round Rock.
They close at 5pm, hence enjoy Round Rock library just 2-3min walk afterwards.

• Parking is located at the back of the coffee shop. They have plenty of spots or you can park by the stores if spots are available. I just like going to the cover parking.
• They have outlets for you to plug your computer and free WiFi if you decide to work there.
• They have seats outside as well.

• Make sure you order the white chocolate muffin. It’s delicious! 
• Another good choice is their avocado toast, super good!

• Sit by their glass windows to enjoy the beautiful views outside. You can book a room also if you need one.
• My favorite is the 3rd floor as this is quieter. 
• The second floor if perfect if you have kids.

•It is recommended that you dress in light, comfortable clothing.  It is an active experience, so wear something that won’t restrict your ability to move around the space.
• The gaming experience is a bit exhausting and can feel like a workout, especially with all of the gear on.  You may be sweating a bit at the end.
• You can sign up for membership plan options.
• There are plenty of free parking options available between street parking and parking garages.
• You can select packages for parties and events.
• The default language is set to English. However, experiences can be offered in Cantonese, Mandarin, German, French, Spanish, Dutch and Arabic.

Make Your Way to Sandbox VR

If you would enjoy a unique and immersive virtual reality experience, then this is the plan for you.

It's a virtual reality gaming experience in the Domain.

There are plenty of different gaming experiences to choose from.

Personally, we decided to try Stranger Things.

They have full body motion capture and haptic vests.

So, you will need to suit up in their gear before you play.

Once you are fully dressed, they bring you to your room and provide you with a tutorial for the game.

Then, put on your goggles and let the games begin.

It's a ton of fun and it felt so real as if we were transported into the show.

Afterwards, we watched our video on the screen and laughed at our reactions.
