So trust me when I say I love the babies,

but I also love an opportunity to channel

my inner big kid without actual kids present.

So the boy and I definitely enjoyed a little date night at the Perot Museum.

We had a little picnic and enjoyed some live music before heading inside to the fun.

The museum spans several floors and it was honestly really fun to geek

out on all the exhibits without having to fight through droves of children.

We had a blast questioning dinosaurs' existence

while also simultaneously trying to dance like one.

And it obviously wasn't his moves that got me.

We got to play with this like digitally projected sand,

feel the intensity of earthquakes and legit so much more.

It was an actual blast, and honestly it makes for a really great date night.

talking with her and having her teach us different techniques.

She even taught us how to make her signature hollandaise sauce.

This hot new spot in Dallas is going to be a staple for your nights out.

Hendy's on Henderson has the best vibes with some great DJs,

They have some really unique cocktails like this

spicy pickle margarita and this cool Maui spritz.

We also got some Sour Patch shots that were delicious.

The sauce that they put on this was incredible.

They went really well with the fries that we were just obsessed with.

This is truly a perfect spot to just hang out with your friends,

and they got a new DJ for After Dark too,

so everybody was just dancing and having a party.
