I've learned I'm a fan of pretty cocktails at pretty places and I found

a new vegan sushi cocktail bar that checks all the boxes.

APB on Melrose is the new spot to try with its unique English Garden aesthetic.

It doesn't look like much on the outside but

every corner is gorgeous with plants hanging everywhere.

Their drinks menu is full of tropical cocktails and you can’t go wrong,

But you can tell we both live for the Lychee Martini.

The plant based sushi is also as pretty as it tastes.

Not only is the plating this weirdly elegant rock slab

but these bites pair so well with your fancy drinks.
