• The class lasts about 45 minutes, and the doors open 30 minutes before the start of the class, get there at least 15 before the beginning so you can grab a good mat and soak in the views.
• They provide yoga mats, so you just need to bring your water bottle 
• You will have time after the class to take some pictures 
• Classes are at 6:30 am (for the public) and 7:30 am for (Equinox Members)

💪 Pro Tips
• The class only happens during summertime, so keep an eye on the next opportunity for you to take it!
• For the class, enter at the Edge entrance on Level 4 of The Shops & Restaurants at Hudson Yards
• Use sunscreen! And I recommend bringing a towel because you will 🔥 up

Head to Edge Observatory

but this was the first time I took a yoga class on top of a skyscraper.

And let me tell you, it was the coolest class I've ever done!

where our fantastic guide, Michael, welcomed us up to the Edge

partnership with Equinox, and it takes place 1100 ft above the ground.

We then met our lovely instructor, Carla, picked a yoga mat with our favorite view,

mine, of course, is the Empire State, and got ready for the class.

We started with some peaceful breathing exercises

and slowly ramp up to more complex poses.

As the sun continued to rise, so did the challenge of the class.

But I'll tell you this: it was totally worth it!

we still got some time to take pictures and enjoy the breathtaking views of Manhattan.

we stayed at Sowilo Retreat in this beautiful tiny home

that was built by the owner's own two hands.

Waking up to these views were breathtaking.

The family used to own a restaurant in the city

and the brunch and dinner included were so good,

They offer an inclusive Mediterranean menu with vegetarian and vegan options.

Pets are allowed and they also have two cute dogs!

I got to really reset with the sauna and cold plunge.

These insane views made me feel one with nature.

From lounging and reading in hammocks to working out at their outdoor gym

The family also grows their own herbs and ingredients which

they use in their cooking while supporting local farms.

Wine was included at dinner and they even made us ice cream!

Highly recommend attending the yoga and sound bath sessions also led by the family.
