These monthly dinners are held right on their farm,

a delicious meal and tour around the property.

the farmer and chef create a South Indian cuisine with what's in the garden.

• Brunch items include the following: bacon, scrambled eggs, chilaquiles, sausage, cowboy migas, breakfast potatoes, smoked salmon, Veracruz fish, green chili pork, smoked chicken, enchiladas, carne guisada, mashed potatoes, honey cured pit ham, stuffed French toast, omelets, mixed salads, smoked pork tenderloin, tres leches pancakes, fresh fruit & deserts.
• My favorite items were the Stuffed French Toast, Tres Leches Pancakes, Cowboy Migas and Broccoli Casserole.
• This place does not have any spicy salsa or spicy options if you are seeking any.
• Make sure to check out the omelette station.  They can make eggs any way you like made to order.
• They have a robust cocktail and beer menu as well.

If you are a fan of a nice weekend brunch, then this is the plan for you.

To start the day, head over to Vaqueros Cafe & Cantina.

It's a Tex-Mex restaurant with locations on Westlake and Steiner Ranch.

They have a Sunday brunch buffet for $25 and the buffet options literally never end.

Whether you like sweet or savory, they have it.

You will absolutely eat more than one plate when you come here.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful as well.

And as you can see from our plates, we got a mix of everything.

And on top of that, I had to get seconds to try the Stuffed French Toast and Tres Leches Pancakes.

• If you don’t want to golf, no problem! You can access their amenities outside of golf and pickleball for free.

Pop stroke's different from your typical mini golf

experience because instead of an obstacle course,

it has realistic holes that give you more of the true golf experience.

and even pickleball and volleyball courts.

Courses and you can play them as many times as you want.

My favorite part of the experience was that you can order drinks straight

from the app and have them delivered to you on the course,

you can grab a bite to eat at their on-site restaurant or

cool off some ice cream while watching a game on TV.
