• Read the hiking signs carefully, the Kent Lake hike is under a mile, but there are a bunch of others around it that are up to 7 miles

It's about a 30 minute drive out towards Lagunitas Lake.

But honestly, the journey's half the fun because it's such a pretty drive.

We were trying to get a little workout in

so we ran up this hiking trail which SOS it was so hard but obviously so worth it,

check out that view. Here can see how amazing I am at skipping rocks...yep.

Then we headed down to the main attraction, these are the beautiful Ink Wells.

You could quite literally spend the whole day here, just chillin,

swimmin and of course, if you're into it, actually cliff jump, which, you know,

Then we headed down into Fairfax to get some ice cream because what is better

than a cold ice cream cone after a long ass day in the sun?

I was shocked at how good the lemon poppy

seed flavor was. Overall: Best. Summer. Day. Ever.

This beautiful region is home to over 70 wineries,

and tastings typically cost around $15 per person,

and our tasting took place right in the middle of their charming garden.

but the Zinfandalle was a clear standout.

we made our to Fenton Herriott Vineyards,

where we enjoyed their wine and bocce ball courts,

all by taking in the stunning vineyard views.

Their Barbera was definitely our favorite.

Our instructor wasted no time diving into what

we would be creating a full breakfast set,

Olesia hosts the most dreamy vintage heart cake workshops in the Mission.

and there are even mimosas and light bites to enjoy during class.

and then you're walked through each step,

which was actually a lot harder than I expected.

You then learn three different piping techniques and are given

the freedom to experiment and make your cake your own.

I was told mine was giving Ursula vibes from The Little Mermaid,

I've never decorated a cake like this before,

but I loved being creative and also leaving with a sweet treat I was proud of.
