• It can get very chilly on the ferry, so bring a jacket even if you think you don’t need one

calling your name from just across the Bay.

for the perfect day to check out two new spots and drink some refreshing wine.

I love any excuse to leave my car at home, so we're taking the ferry to Tiburon. 

I personally never skip an opportunity to take some touristy pictures!

Then once you land, walk through town to In Good Taste. 

This place just open and has the cutest neighborhood vibe.

Our host was so cool and we loved chatting with her about all things wine.

You can do a tasting or order glasses which

come in these adorable mini bottles that they patented.

I'm obsessed and feel like they make the cutest gifts.

When you've had your fill, walk over to Malibu Farm. Yes,

like the restaurant on the pier in Malibu, that also just opened here.

Ask to be seated on the back patio so you can be right on the water.

Keep the cold wine flowing, and I highly recommend the barbecue corn pizza.

Just keep track of time so you don't miss your ferry home.

Dine at Pogu in Serramonte for modern Korean cuisine, including abalone jangbap and rice bread, in an elegant setting inside Jagalchi’s shopping complex.

• Pogu has a prix-fixe menu for $95/pp, but I personally recommend ordering individual dishes.
• The complimentary rice bread appetizer was my favorite dish. If you haven’t had it before it has a similar texture and profile as cornbread.

Check out Jagalchi in Daly City opened just this spring.

This all in one Korean shopping center is huge.

From Korean cuisine at the full menu restaurant run by a Michelin starred chef

to fresh raw ingredients to treats and snacks for quick bites

imported goods you can't find anywhere else in the area.

I was impressed with the stylish atmosphere.

though eventually you'll stumble across the obligatory wall of Ramyun

and the stacks on stacks of premade kimchi.

The smaller grab and go stands on the edges resemble an Asian

street market while their main restaurant Pogu is square in the middle.

Here we enjoyed rice bread with matcha butter,

Next time I want to experience what's new outside

the staple Asian grocery stores where I usually shop,

What could be better than yoga at one of the best beaches in the city?

It's a perfect activity to get you moving and unwind after a busy work week.

so I put my headphones on and we're ready to go.

We started off with a brief introduction from our

and then we did some breathing exercises to get us in the right mindset.

that definitely woke up my body on a Saturday morning.

These classes meet at 5:30 p.m. on Fridays

and at 10:30 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.

but throw in these views and the sounds of

the waves crashing, and its quite the enriching experience.

After being led through a couple more exercises,

we ditched our towels and ran right for the water.

Kirin instructed us to embrace the nature all around and to let loose,

It was really cool to just move with the music while taking in

one of the best views of the Golden Gate Bridge out there.

We wrapped up class by doing a closing meditation

Clay by the Bay offers multiple pottery classes,

inspired by all the beautiful pieces that were on display

and gathered ideas for what we wanted to create.

The class started with an introduction to hand building techniques.

Our instructor Jasmine was super encouraging and knowledgeable.

She totally helped us feel confident as we got started.

which I can't wait to add a little succulent in.

demonstrating the process before letting us give it a try.

It was definitely more challenging than it looks,

each student had successfully created a piece.

and I seriously can't wait to see how they turned out.
