At the Wolf Conservation Center, enjoy an overnight camping experience with wolves including education sessions, movie night, dinner, and s’mores.

• This was an easy 1-hour train ride from Manhattan! Take the Harlem line from Grand Central to Katonah 🚊
• Then it’s about a 12 minute drive from Katonah to the Wolf Conservation Center. Use a ride share or schedule a ride with Katonah Taxi ($30) to guarantee a quick and easy transport! You can WhatsApp message them at 914-666-7777 to book

• Your registration includes a tent, pizza dinner, movie under the stars, s’mores and a light breakfast
• Pack a sleeping bag, sleeping mat, pillow, pjs, bug spray, toothbrush/toothpaste, a headlamp or flashlight and any snacks you might want!

• There are three outhouses but no shower facilities so prepare to “rough it” a bit (adventure!!)

The tents were massive which made it feel more like glamping. The evening will

kick off with learning all about wolves before visiting their enclosure.

I never thought I'd want a pet wolf, but here we are… 🫣

This one was extra curious, which gave us a cool opportunity to get close.

We couldn't tell which howls came from the

documentary and which were from the actual wolves.

Here's your plan for an easy train day trip from the

city to be in nature and see some cute animals.

Take the Metro North Red Line from Grand Central to New Canaan.

It's only about 1 hour and 15 minutes away.

We started the day with a healthy breakfast and strawberry matcha at Greenology

We also popped into this cute cabin type shop.

Then we took a 15 minute Uber to Grace Farms,

go right when it opens because it can get crowded.

you just have to reserve tickets in advance.

My favorite part was their free tea tasting and all of the Japanese architecture.

And we took an Uber only about 10 minutes to the Stanford Museum and Nature Center.

They had the cutest otters and so many different farm animals,

who was also so funny and a little bit feisty.
