Hike Mt. Elbert

Colorado is truly that girl that can do it all

and this weekend getaway certainly proves that.

You'll tackle a 14er, stay at an ultra bougie boutique hotel,

witness seven cascading waterfalls and hit a country bar, so buckle up folks!

We started off with a quick drive to the Springs to check out Ivywild.

This former elementary school was converted into a communal space

that now houses numerous food drink and art vendors.

It was super cool to see how the original space was reimagined.

Finally, we rounded out the day at the infamous cowboys bar.

This multi level nightclub had everything from line dancing to a mechanical bull.

Then it was time to unwind at Kinship Landing,

a boutique hotel that offers an ideal base camp for all your Colorado adventures.

Their lofted bunkbed room was perfect for our girls trip and the

Tuft & needle mattress helped us get some much needed beauty rest

we wrapped up the trip at Mount Elbert since I hear

you're not a true native until you do a 14er

It was quite challenging, but the views and takis helped us pull through.
