I don't think it gets the attention it deserves.

We'll hit up a new Latin American restaurant for drinks and apps before

grabbing ice cream and cream puffs at a panda themed dessert cafe.

which is just as colorful on the outside as it is on the inside.

This is a new restaurant that specializes in Latin American fusion food.

We visited on Thirsty Thursday for their drink

specials So we got the Margarita and mezcalita 

which were so fresh and delicious. Then we went on to the apps. We got tacos ceviche

and look how perfectly crispy and golden these empanadas were.

I highly recommend you get one of each, especially the beef, but really it was the ceviche

that stole the show. It was so citrusy and refreshing.

We were pretty much fighting for those final bites.

Now when you finish your meal head two doors over to Puffy Pandy, you can't miss it.

It is literally the cutest place in white center. It's a panda themed dessert cafe.

I mean there are pandas everywhere on the walls.

You can get some panda merch if you like.

They also have a bunch of cute pins for sale and of course there's a panda pin.

Now, the dessert options can be a little overwhelming.

They have macarons, they have cream puffs, they have pudding, they have

but I recommend going with some of their house made ice cream,

which you can get stuffed in one of their cream puff pastries and with toppings.

We also got a flight of their cream puffs.

but we couldn't help but break into them right

away and no regrets because these things are addicting.

I'm pretty sure you're gonna love these spots as much as I do.

It's maybe the coolest mix of urban life and nature in Seattle.

The Amazon spheres are an iconic landmark downtown,

We saw some pretty cute creatures inside too.
