At Pho Saigon in Catonsville, attempt the 4 Lb Pho Challenge, where eating it all can make your meal free and land you a place on the Wall of Fame.

✅ Before you go
• If you want to do the Man vs. Pho Challenge, be sure to call ahead and reserve 24 hours in advance 🍜
• Winning the challenge gets your photo put on the Wall of Fame, the meal is free, and you get to keep the giant bowl 🥣
• Losing the challenge means you need to pay $45 for the meal, but you can take the leftovers home 🥡
• Not feeling like doing the challenge? There's plenty of normal sized Pho, as well as other fantastic Viet dishes. My favorite is the Broken Rice Plates 🍚

💪 Pro tips
• For the challenge, you don't need to finish all the broth. Just the noodles and the meat 🍖 
• Ask for a separate bowl to put the noodles in so they cool down faster and are easier to consume! The longer the noodles sit in the broth, the more they absorb it and will fill you up 🥢
• You have 30 minutes to eat, and a 5 minute break. Use your time wisely ⏰️

Dine-In at Pho Saigon 🍜

Try taking on this massive Vietnamese pho challenge by yourself or with a partner.

Four pounds of delicious noodles, beef and pho

Be sure to call ahead. If you want to do the man versus Pho challenge,

they'll give you your silverware, the biggest fork and spoon I've ever seen.

Then you get presented with 4 pounds of delicious rice noodles,

You get 30 minutes to complete the challenge with a five minute

break at any time. Now you get to start eating but be careful. It's super hot.

You can get a separate bowl to put the noodles

in making it cool down quicker and easier to eat.

But make sure you have some friends there to cheer you on.

You can take all the leftovers home with you

for future meals or if you're not feeling pho,

they have plenty of delicious options like this
