I have been dying to go to a cabin in the woods for the longest

time and was so excited when we found this pet friendly rental in West Virginia.

And it's nestled in the woods about 2.5 hours from DC by car.

The hosts provide a welcome gift with every two-night booking, which was so cute.

It had s’mores coffee and all these goodies we could use while we were there

and the space itself was incredible. They had an outdoor sauna,

library of games and at night time you could sit outside and enjoy the hot tub. I

definitely recommend taking a short drive and checking out some of the local shops.

We went to the general store and I got a few local beers and picked up a latte.

Then we stopped for lunch and got the freshest bagel sandwiches at Drifters Cafe.

It was such a beautiful and relaxing getaway.

Ravenna is also serving up traditional Italian pastries and creamy gelato.
