I am getting ready for an amazing day at the sauna

Dagua, which is one of the finger lakes in New York.

It is so stunning in the spa and the hotel is even more gorgeous.

here's the bathroom, there was a Dyson, there was this gorgeous robe.

I couldn't wait to put it on. It was so fluffy.

They gave you some sandals and we were ready to go. This sauna is sitting on the lake.

They gave you these cute little face masks, water, cold towels,

ice buckets and just look at how peaceful this was.

This is $75 for an hour plus $45 for an extra person.

It was such a great experience, especially doing this with my boyfriend.

It was so calming and we just got to unwind from our crazy lives.

It was also a plus because they gave us these

adorable honey masks that had a bunch of herbs in it

and it really felt so nice on the skin can make the sauna

hotter and hotter by adding some water to this little fire rock pit.

But what really saved my life in the sauna was this ice bucket.

I was really going in and out of it the whole time.

But overall, what an amazing unique experience. 10 out of 1010, 1000 times over.

I just found my new favorite getaway at this incredible mountain house upstate,

They dropped it off right outside of our apartment,

and I got to Passenger Princess for the beautiful 2 hour drive.

We checked into our cozy room at Mohonk Mountain House,

so we enjoyed our 1st 3 course farm to table dinner.

then snuck outside for s'mores by the campfire.

The next morning we went for an early trail walk to the Skytop Tower,

and it truly felt like we had the whole world to ourselves.

There are dozens of lookout spots with chairs scattered throughout

the property for you to sit and enjoy nature.

Breakfast was a buffet and blew my expectations.

They even brought me gluten-free pancakes.

and I swear each meal got better and better because lunch was also

a bougie buffet and it was like girl lunch to the max.

Mohonk hosts fun activities each week and always has something new happening.

before trying out dinner at their Founders Restaurant,

which has a more international cuisine focus and then cozied up inside by the fire.

We went for a trail run our last morning,

then wrapped up the weekend with a tomahawk throwing class.

This is the best way to rent a car in New York City.

They drop it off directly to you and we drove 2 hours

north of the city to unplug at a Postcard Cabin.

The cabins are simple but stocked with all the essentials.

so we went for breakfast and matcha instead at this adorable farm market cafe.

We spent the afternoon exploring cute towns.

Roscoe is known as Trout Town USA because it has so many trout streams.

Then our main event of The day was Buck Brook Farm to feed goats and alpacas.

She's very friendly and loves bananas 🥹

and the staff is so knowledgeable and happy to share about the animals.

We drove a bit further south to Jeffersonville to

pick up some meats and cheese at Sullivan Sundries,

so when she found out we were near Bethel where Woodstock happened,

They have a museum to check out or just pivot straight to the gift shop like we did.

We finished the evening at a special farm to table dinner.

Walk to Artishouse

for artsy classes that don't require any experience,

and this one was the perfect girls' night out.

It is a cozy Brazilian spot with a solid happy hour,

Lately I've been trying more hands on workshops,

and artists house has become popular for their matchbox one

but I will say they have so much cute stuff

that it's almost impossible to choose what to use.

I went with a hotel theme and I'm honestly obsessed with how it turned out.

It is definitely my new favorite art piece in my apartment,
