Meraki Tuft Studio

Have you ever wanted to make your own custom rug? A Meraki Tuft studio?

You can do just that first. Grab your apron,

choose your gun and choose from a wide variety of colors.

I chose to do disco cherries because that is my current obsession right now.

It was so, so fun watching my design come to life from the tufting to the shaving

and this is really the perfect activity to do right now because it's cold out.

Um So I highly recommend sharing this with your friend or a date and get tufting.

• Bring a refillable water bottle! They have stations to fill up, and you’ll want to stay hydrated.
• No outside food or drink allowed (except water)

💪 Pro tips
• Book your day pass in advance!! Spots fill up fast. I would recommend getting the 9 AM time slot for arrival, by 11 it was pretty crowded. No entrance allowed without a pass.
• Children under 13 are not allowed 
• The food is really good!
• You’ll need to wash off prior to entering, so I wouldn’t apply any sunscreen beforehand.
• Bring a hat for shade!

Ate Mineral Springs is a hidden oasis with 5 spring-fed pools,

I recommend getting there as early as possible to grab a

good spot and enjoy the amenities before it gets too crowded.

we grabbed some juices at the cafe and headed to my favorite part,

but the cold plunge was a crisp 50 degrees and felt.

The hot tub and sauna are great to warm back up in and relax in afterwards.

each ranging in different temperatures to enjoy,

and even hammocks to relax and read a book or take a nap in.

we grabbed some ceviche and the prosciutto arugula pizza that was

cooked in a wood-fired oven right in front of us.

Indulge in a Drink at Revenge

If you are a fan of Italian food and enjoy some nice cocktails, then this is the plan for you.

It's an Italian restaurant located in downtown Austin.

It has an outdoor patio, a huge bar area, and on top of that, the dining area is spacious and usually packed as well.

So, make sure you check out their schedule.

I always like to start off with a nice cocktail and the Old Fashioned was amazing.

And I usually kick off my meal with appetizers, and both the Sautéed Clams and the Shrimp Francese were phenomenal.

But you must save room for the stars of the show.

Sammie’s Lasagna and the Cheese Ravioli plates are huge and delicious.

The Brussels sprouts are a great side dish as well.

Eating here makes you feel as if you are literally in Italy.

After you have finished your meal, right next door to Sammie’s is Taquero Mucho.

It's a Mexican restaurant that is a 2-minute walk away.

The inside is very picturesque, and it has a pink theme throughout.

There is also an outdoor patio that is extremely spacious and has great spots for photos.

When it's a nice day, I always choose to sit on the patio.

For drinks, the Mezcal Margarita and the Aperol Margarita were delicious after the Italian meal.

Lastly, to finish up the day, head  over to Revenge.

It's a cocktail bar across the street from Taquero Mucho.

They have a robust catalog of liquors to choose from, and they make incredible cocktails.
