Pasta Making Class at Aunt Jake’s

This has been living rent free in my head for months,

So I'm so excited to finally check out Aunt

Jake's $55 pasta making and three course meal experience.

This is one of the best things I've done in the city and

it's perfect for a big group of friends or even a date night.

The instructors are super hands on and guide you through making

the pasta dough and creating a bunch of different shapes.

We even got to use the rolling machine which makes you feel like a real pro.

And the best part is you take your fresh pasta home with you.

After all of our hard work, we got to sit down and feast on an amazing three course meal.

to squid ink pasta, this meal was so good.

But what stole the show for me were the salted caramel doughnuts,

I went to one of the coolest bars to try the coolest espresso martini I've ever had.

Death and Co is a notoriously popular bar in the East Village,

serving up some truly delicious cocktails and great bites.

But despite the tasty palomas we started with,

their best cocktail right now is an off menu exclusive.

The Crystal Clear Espresso Martini is only being

and this is one of two in New York City that sells it.

And it comes with a unique topping of quote unquote

coffee bean made with grapeseed oil infused with coffee liqueur.

This meticulously crafted cocktail looks as translucent as water,

we didn't expect to love it this much since we're absolute beginners at baking,

It's a hands-on workshop where you get to make everything from scratch,

Chef Emily guided us through each step with demonstrations,

This is the upstate getaway to add to your bucket list!

this family owned all-inclusive resort is the wellness retreat of your dreams.

we stayed at Sowilo Retreat in this beautiful tiny home

that was built by the owner's own two hands.

Waking up to these views were breathtaking.

The family used to own a restaurant in the city

and the brunch and dinner included were so good,

They offer an inclusive Mediterranean menu with vegetarian and vegan options.

Pets are allowed and they also have two cute dogs!

I got to really reset with the sauna and cold plunge.

These insane views made me feel one with nature.

From lounging and reading in hammocks to working out at their outdoor gym

The family also grows their own herbs and ingredients which

they use in their cooking while supporting local farms.

Wine was included at dinner and they even made us ice cream!

Highly recommend attending the yoga and sound bath sessions also led by the family.

they also have these really cool geodomes.
