Relax at Austin Central Library

The Austin Central library is my go to spot for when

I want to get some work done with the abundant lighting.

Not only is it aesthetically pleasing, but it's also very calming.

I love the architecture of this building.

there is a huge child area so you can feel comfortable letting them run around.

And if you're a small business or a creator,

they have this awesome digital maker space which offers things like VR and even

I always like to stop by their short story dispenser where you

can pick between a short story of 1, 3 and five minutes.

But my absolute favorite area has to be their rooftop garden.

It has stunning views of downtown and Ladybird Lake.

And when I'm ready to head out, I like to check out their super cute little gift shop.

You want somewhere quiet to work or just want to catch

up with a friend and take in the awesome Austin views.

• The Dome-ain is the on-site bar and lounge at the Concert Dome, offering a relaxed and scenic atmosphere before and after each performance. They serve a rotating menu of themed cocktails and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) inspired by each performance, offering a unique drink experience for each show. If you want to enjoy a breathtaking concert dome with state of the art visuals and enjoy a nice meal with drinks, then this plan is perfect for you.

First, head over to Barton Springs Saloon for food and drinks.

It's a bar on South Lamar with great happy hour deals and an outdoor patio.

First, I suggest starting off with some well drinks or specialty cocktails.

Outside of the bar, you’ll fine the Tommy Want Wingy food truck.

I recommend trying a combination of the wings.

My favorites are the OG and the Spicy Pineapple.

Once you finish your food and drinks, head over to the Concert Dome.

It's a 360 degree immersive venue with live music.

Before you enter the venue, they have a bar and lounge that offers drinks and snacks.

You definitely want to grab some drinks to enjoy during the show.

And then once you have your drinks in hand, grab your seats and enjoy an unforgettable and unbelievable experience.

Everyone has recliner seats for you to relax and feel every note and emotion.

It's a fantastic experience where the musicians bring your favorite songs to life.

The visuals change throughout the performance and you’ll find yourself in awe gazing into them as you enjoy the concert.

Chill is the perfect place to be on the weekends.

You get so many freebies here and I was surprised by how many vendors that they had.

I got my hands on Bloom's new Energy drinks,

You get house music and free coffee or matcha,

I was able to try out the different cloak plunges and oh my gosh,

I will tell you there are lots of bags of ice in there,

but I would highly recommend trying it for at least 2 to 3 minutes.

SUSHI to the MOON is a cozy spot serving mouthwatering sushi

You can have a seat at the sushi bar or at your own table.

I started the evening with a peach sparkling yuzu,

we got our sea legs wet with the Scallop Crudo.

The combo of the clean, buttery scallop with

the burst of flavorful roe was delightful.

My roll of choice was the Salmon Lover Roll.

That includes lots of salmon with big plump roe that bursts like flavorful waves.

and it's a hearty bite that you won't forget.

Refuel at Pool Burger 

Here's a classic Austin summer combo where you'll swim at the oldest

pool in Texas and refuel with burgers and boozy ice cream.

We're starting your day by taking a dip at Deep Eddy Pool.

This is a great alternative if Barton is busy.

I love coming hillside and just relaxing under all the greenery.

After you've soaked in the sun and enjoyed the cool water,

at the bar then find a seat somewhere in their small but vibey outdoor area.

There's nothing better than a burger after a day in the water

which is what makes this the perfect menu change.

a little treat will be calling your name.

This tasted like 90% booze and 10% cherries.

I literally thought I got buzzed from that

but maybe it was just the high of a great day.
