we stopped at Bad Luck Club to do some holiday shopping.

They have everything you can possibly think of in this store.

All of their pieces are really unique and would make for great gifts.

Then we walked a block down to Hop Butcher for the world to their.

because we wanted to try some of their beers.

so we walked another block down to Apero.

Highly recommend the seasonal cheese charcuterie board that was

delicious and had really unique things on it.

The experience starts off with a short film about Chicago's people and culture,

Feel like you're literally flying all around the

city and seeing the architecture from different perspectives.

and have a bird's eye view of all the best landmarks.

We went to the most beautiful DIY face mask bar that I have to share.

It's called Scratch Goods in the West Loop.

You'll get set up at your own table where you can choose between a clay mask,

We ordered some fun beverages and opted to do the clay mask,

very customized experience where you choose exactly what

goes into your mask based on your skin and what you're looking to target.

Big bonus points for all of the products being made in-house.

this experience was so much more comprehensive than I anticipated,

it truly felt like I was getting a facial.

and got this tray of different face products for our lips,

I honestly think my boyfriend was even more into it than me.

We even ended the experience with a guasha and face massage,

This is one of the most popular Christmas markets

with over 60 vendors from around the world.

I started with the Ghirardelli hot chocolate in the themed mug here.

literally tasted like apple pie a la mode.

there is a glass blowing workshop where you can make your own ornament,

or you can enjoy the studio vibe and just buy one.

I always have to stop at the candy store to get my advent calendar.

We caught a beautiful sunset and we tried some different cheeses,

had a little wine and cheese moment here.
