Looking for something sweet to do in the city?

I spent the afternoon at the Museum of Ice Cream,

The number one thing they told us was you can get as much ice cream as you want.

they give you a popsicle that was so good.

Then you hop on board an ice cream themed subway,

There was a bunch of different rooms with really cool installations,

One of my favorite rooms was this exhibit.

Where they told you about the origin of all your favorite flavors.

Almost all of the displays were interactive.

and they even had a whole room dedicated to mini golfing.

there is a hot dog flavored ice cream stand,

let's just say I won't be taking a pint of that home.

The rest of the rooms reminded me of a carnival or boardwalk.

the moment we were all waiting for the sprinkle pool.

And if you're not stuffed by the limited ice cream throughout the tour,

I got the strawberry pretzel and it was so

My friends and I went to Pilsen to go on a taco slash margarita crawl.

where this was some of the best tacos I think I've ever had.

but we shared a few tacos before moving on to our next spot.

Then we walked a few blocks west to Canton Reggio,

where we had queso and salsa and chips as a little appetizer.

Then we walked back east to the Tonk because we were ready for some margaritas.

We went on a Saturday afternoon and they had live music playing.

Then we grabbed some margaritas and cheers to a wonderful taco crawl.

I've been super into contrast therapy for wellness and found my new favorite spot.

I went to Sweat House and you get set up with

your own personal suite for an hour-long contrast therapy session,

where you can alternate between the infrared sauna and the cold plunge.

I loved how everything was super customizable.

They have a TV where you can set up your shows or listen to music,

You can adjust the lighting or the temperature.

This is truly the ultimate recovery and relaxation ritual.

Even the shower is vitamin C-infused water,

which I didn't even realize that was a thing.
