This is the perfect experience to do with a close friend.

we chose our vessels and then we smelt through

the various scents to get our desired fragrance.

we finally found the perfect scent for our candles.

We combined the fragrance with the wax and we poured it into our vessels.

Once we finished, we had to wait two hours. So we decided to go to lunch

and then we came back to pick up our custom made candles. You should try it out.

It's a cute little place that specializes in all things chicken,

So we ordered the original fried chicken sandwich,

but you can also get it with rotisserie chicken,

I loved the addition of pickled red onions here,

and having both like kale and Brussels salad in it

you've probably heard of contrast therapy like I have,

but I doubt you've seen it in a private suite.

I came across an ad on Instagram for a $35 session,

What stood out to me specifically was the private suite.

45 minutes is recommended in the infant sauna,

I will say I've been in cold plunges before,

I kind of only was able to do 30 seconds at a.

time to kind of build my body's resistance up.

and the best part to me was the vitamin C shower.

but it's actually infused with vitamin C,

I got to set the mood of the room with some

music and cater the lights to how I wanted them,

and I loved how they had a get ready suite after filled with fresh hairbrushes

Want an affordable way to spend your evening after work?

Every Tuesday from 5 to 9 p.m. the Museum

of Contemporary Art downtown hosts Illinois residents for free.

They have art exhibits on the 1st floor all the way up to the 4th,

so you can spend the entire 4 hours looking through all the art that they offer.

The art ranges from drawings and paintings,

if you don't want to rush your way through all 4 floors in one night,

they offer this every Tuesday from 5 to 9,

so you can come back multiple times and take

your time going through each and every exhibit.
