• Navigating the trail in the winter months can be difficult. We saw lots of people cross country skiing but when we visited the snow was packed down so we just equip ourselves with microspikes.

• Parking is available but limited, make sure to arrive early.

This breathtaking 6 mile trail promises an adventure from start to finish.

The path unfolds with a gradual yet consistent incline leading you

ever closer to the entrance of the historic Gold Crest Mine.

you’ll also discover remnants of the past as abandoned cabins dot the landscape.

One of the best ways to spend a warm Colorado evening is by grabbing

a drink and a good meal at one of our many outdoor dining establishments.

I'm here to share with you possibly my favorite of all,

which is the Breckenridge Brewery Farmhouse in Littleton.

The farmhouse has a gorgeous indoor dining space,

but the real treat is sitting out on their massive lawn

Here's to evenings spent with good friends and food.

Oliver's has a very cute indoor and outdoor space for dining,

After hiking, unwind at The Flats Beer Garden in Boulder for refreshing beers in a lively atmosphere with awesome vibes, especially on sunny days.

It was really pretty the whole entire way.

Then we headed just 3 minutes down the road to the Flats beer garden.
