Today I went to one of my favorite bakeries in Belltown called Dahlias Bakery this place is on fourth street! The egg and bacon  breakfast sandwich is my favorite and is the best breakfast Sandwhich I have ever had!  They have loads of other food you can get as well :)

I went to the reopening of sushi by scratch

in Seattle to experience their latest Omakase menu.

We arrived 30 minutes early to enjoy small bites and a welcome drink.

The introductory courses were almost a meal in itself.

Then we were escorted to the main dining area where we saw the sushi rice being made.

I got a beverage pairing with my Omakase course.

Each course is prepared right in front of you by a team of trained sushi chefs,

The entire experience itself was very elegant,

They offer 3 dining sessions each night and 10 seats during each session.

It's an intimate experience perfect for special occasions or a fancy date night.
