At Aire Ancient Baths in Tribeca, enjoy serene baths with saltwater, wine options, saunas, and immersive music underwater for a sublime spa experience.

💪 Pro tips
• Def snag a cold pressed juice while you're there! And don't skip the free mint tea
• Our favorite pool was the first in to the left: the saltwater pool you can float in and listen to tranquil music underwater

Head to Aire Ancient Baths

To me, a spa day is the ultimate self care.

And I recently got to go check out one that might just be the most tranquil

in New York hidden in Tribeca under this gorgeous flower arch is Aire Ancient Baths,

this is an old factory building from the 1800s.

And if it looks familiar, you've probably recently watched John Wick.

They filmed a fight scene down here, but being here is nothing like the movie.

Let me tell you this is the most tranquil spot I have

ever been to and it probably has something to do with them

enforcing the silence rule. They have saltwater baths that play

music underwater, a longer body temperature pool in the back,

a super hot pool, which was one of our favorites,

fresh mint tea for you to enjoy a sauna room,

which was definitely too foggy for me to film in, something called a wine bath,

which I definitely need to check out next time, cold plunges,

which uh were a little tricky to get into, but so worth it,and honestly a bunch more.

So if you're looking for a spa day, that's actually really relaxing,

This is the best way to rent a car in New York City.

They drop it off directly to you and we drove 2 hours

north of the city to unplug at a Postcard Cabin.

The cabins are simple but stocked with all the essentials.

so we went for breakfast and matcha instead at this adorable farm market cafe.

We spent the afternoon exploring cute towns.

Roscoe is known as Trout Town USA because it has so many trout streams.

Then our main event of The day was Buck Brook Farm to feed goats and alpacas.

She's very friendly and loves bananas 🥹

and the staff is so knowledgeable and happy to share about the animals.

We drove a bit further south to Jeffersonville to

pick up some meats and cheese at Sullivan Sundries,

so when she found out we were near Bethel where Woodstock happened,

They have a museum to check out or just pivot straight to the gift shop like we did.

We finished the evening at a special farm to table dinner.

• For the cocktails ($10), gotta try the caipirinhas (traditional Brazilian cocktail), and their spicy margarita was 🔥 but pretty delicious.
• The pastel is a great snack option, recommend 100%

for artsy classes that don't require any experience,

and this one was the perfect girls' night out.

It is a cozy Brazilian spot with a solid happy hour,

Lately I've been trying more hands on workshops,

and artists house has become popular for their matchbox one

but I will say they have so much cute stuff

that it's almost impossible to choose what to use.

I went with a hotel theme and I'm honestly obsessed with how it turned out.

It is definitely my new favorite art piece in my apartment,

Grab a 🍸

Obvio is the perfect combination of cozy yet chic cocktail bar vibes,

and I recently checked it out and I was not disappointed.

The bar is kind of hidden from the street,

you go around the curtain and you immediately see all of this giraffe-themed decor.

And what I loved about it is there is seating, 

But also the cocktail bar is kind of first come,

so you can stand there and chat after work,

And of course the food and drinks were definitely the highlight.

and this is a really great spot if you need

a pre-dinner drink or if you're looking for a nightcap.
