💪 Pro tips
• You’ll definitely need a car for this entire trip but it’s very easy to get it on the ferry! It will cost about $14 per car and $10 per additional person besides the driver

Visit Sluy’s Bakery in Poulsbo famous for its delectable Viking cups and an assortment of pastries. Expect long lines but split your group for quick service.

• The line gets really long at this bakery. And there’s a bit of a wait time at restaurants too so I would split up the group to wait in lines so the majority of your time is spent well!

💪 Pro tips
• This bakery is known for its Viking cups which are basically upside down cinnamon roll with cream cheese on top! So DELISHHH 
• My other favorites were the apple walnut dessert, pecan rolls and Swedish almond pastries!

• SOOOO many shops here to visit- definitely dedicate a good 3 hours for just window-shopping if you want to really take it all in

There's a lot of Norwegian history in Seattle.

But did you know, we had a whole themed town too.

Meet Poulsbo. A Norwegian town located a little over an hour west of Seattle.

This group trip was so fun because not only did the destination pop off,

but the journey added to the adventure. We started by

getting in the Bainbridge ferry and the views of Seattle were

truly amazing and had some great photo ops. After a bit

of a drive jam sesh and some more great views.

We reached Poulsbo and immediately were immersed into a new world of exploration.

I could spend hours in and out of the many shops they had.

The line is long here. So be sure to divide and conquer.

If you want to make the most of your time,

we got so many treats and every single one tasted amazing.

Of course, our sweet tooth craving wasn't satisfied.

So we also went to a token candy shop and brought some

crazy candies like the world sours candy and classic every flavored jelly beans.

So we decided no more food for us and continued our exploration to the Boat Museum,

which was super interactive and informational,

There were so many trinkets to explore and it also serve as a good gift shop.

we could spend hours and hours in this town looking through all the hidden gems,

But we only got through so much in five hours,

but our group had so much fun and I would highly

recommend pose to anyone looking for a cute day trip!

💪 Pro tips
• There is often plenty of street parking on the east side of Cal Anderson park (about 2 blocks from the studio).
•  I also enjoy Jess Klein’s heated vinyasa class. If you decide to take a heated class from Sweatbox, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IT IS VERY VERY HOT! A DRYP heated class, for instance, feels cool compared to a Sweatbox heated vinyasa — please be prepared, rest when you need to and bring lots of water!

• The blueberry matcha is made with oat milk — I recommend keeping it and not substituting :) 
• If the plush chairs by the window aren’t available, I recommend heading downstairs to the couch!

you know that I practice yoga at DRYP in South Lake Union,

but I also go to Sweatbox Yoga in Capitol Hill.

but they also have a loft area that offers unheated classes.

there is a door in your loft with a keypad,

Y'all know that I love Kelly Fulford's class over at DRYP,

so I basically followed her over to Sweatbox to take her Saturday morning vinyasa.

so I recommend getting there early to get a prime spot.

I personally like to be at the front because I don't like looking at

And I really like this class because it's more

of a creative flow and perfect for all levels.

Just a couple blocks away is Anchorhead Coffee where I get a blueberry matcha.

but it also kind of tastes like a Froot Loop,

But this is such a treat to get after yoga.

• Prices vary! Box office films are about $21, but a lot of one-off movies are cheaper! In this case, I saw Blue Velvet and my ticket was $7!

the Boeing IMAX theater at the Pacific Science Center is no exception.

which is why I like to check back frequently.

you'll basically follow this spiral path downstairs,

which leads to the concession area where you can buy snacks,

The auditorium itself is big but not too big,

and I actually like the fact that you can't reserve seats.

This pizza was so big it tried to be a third wheel on a date night.

Last Friday we explored Rocco's on 2nd Avenue.

It turned out to be the kind of place with low lighting,

and the smell of garlic and melted cheese in the air.

we had the cheesy garlic herb focaccia with marinara sauce.

It raised our expectations for the pizza to be even more satisfying,

Our half jalapeno face and half tikka tikka pizza arrived,

The chicken tikka hit all the right notes for Indian taste buds,

while the jalapeno face with all the cream cheese bread

crumbs really took the pizza to the next level.
