• The Divisoria cocktail from the Sweeter section of the menu is your go-to if you’re looking of that iconic popsicle in your cocktail choice
• Be adventurous and ask for Ajumma’s choice. Servers will ask if you want the bartenders to suggest something from the menu or make something up completely. If the latter, you have the option to give them your preferred spirit. Regardless of the choice, they’re bound to be good
• After 10PM there’s a special late-night menu with more cocktail options

Visit Polkcha in the Polk Gulch/Nob Hill Neighborhood 

I always like to keep an eye out for unique bars in the city,

so when I heard about this late night market themed bar, I was ready to check it out.

feels like you've transported to Seoul, Osaka or Manila.

And that's exactly what the owners are going for.

We first tried their Back Bay and the Night Owl cocktails.

The Back Bay used a sesame-washed whiskey garnished with peppercorn while

the Lychee and my Night Owl made this drink a little bit dangerous,

Lastly, we decided to let faith decide our next drink with a Ajumma’s Choice.

What we got was our bartender's inspiration

which were spirited-forward and refreshing.

We were scrambling to piece together codes,

and trying to outsmart the puzzles before the timer hits zero. One person is on the locks,

This was easily the highlight of our week.

and they even had a DJ who was setting the perfect vibe.

and then it was time to try the delicious food

all of which were full of flavor and were great options to share at the table.

and definitely my favorite part of the meal.

especially with the amazing views that we got being here.
