If you're looking for a wellness retreat that doesn't require a flight,

I met so many amazing women and spent the weekend doing all of my favorite things.

There were daily workouts, guided hikes in the woods, a sound bath meditation,

We went to Windham Manor just three hours north of the city. It

has this beautiful barn attached to it where we’d do most of our workouts,

There was even a gym downstairs if you wanted to do your own thing.

We had private chefs come in and prepare healthy lunches and dinners

and everything was so tasty and so nutritious.

Probably the craziest thing we did all weekend was a cold plunge,

I spent it reading, making friendship bracelets, and journaling.

This was my favorite event to-date, and I can't wait to go to the next one.

Walking in, this space was absolutely gorgeous.

We started off by picking our candle holders and putting the wick in.

Denise was amazing at making this workshop so easy to follow.

It was time to pick our scents and I was vibing with the two scent combo,

I locked the scents in by pouring and mixing them,

then it was time to stir in the sparkles.

sprinkle some flowers and we went home with our fabulous candles.

Museum of Ice Cream 2.0

Word on the street was the Museum of Ice Cream had a bit of a glow up,

so I had to visit the currently V-Day-ed out space to peep their latest and greatest.

from espresso martinis to Love washed cocktails,

like giving yourself ice-cream-themed names,

But they've added new experiences into the mix too.

They also have a giant room full of freezers with surprises behind every door.

if you were worried that you wouldn't get all the samples that you used to get,

The best part of the museum hasn't changed one bit.

and best believe we took advantage of all the spoons,

love that the ice cream stuffed bagel is now a perm menu item here.
