💪 Pro tips
• You receive an itinerary when you arrive, but feel free to check the schedule and switch things around 📚
• Activities are included in your stay! They offer candle making, cooking classes, workout classes, yoga, terrarium workshops, etc. 🧘🏼‍♀️
• There’s a hidden 2 person sauna right outside of the women’s locker room - I loved reading in this “secret” spot
• Tell the front desk you want to feed the goats and they’ll give you some food scraps 🐐

We just spent the weekend at an all inclusive wellness retreat

only a two hour bus ride away from the city and had the most rejuvenating experience

favorite going on nature walks with their resident goats.

We knew we were in for a good weekend when we were greeted with welcome

elixirs before we checked into our cozy room just in time for our first dinner.

Each meal took place in this community dining area.

And I think we came on a good night because they

had glazed carrots and steak and chocolate mousse for dessert.

We woke up to snow and went to our morning hit class,

We got a good sweat in, ate breakfast, then went to take the goats on a nature walk,

which is the thing I was most excited for if you know me, you know,

And the ghosts were so funny. The world is basically their buffet.

We spent the rest of the day relaxing in the spa area.

And I think we got lucky with our timing because we had the entire pool,

We did a little lunch refuel with another delicious meal

before I got a massage and read in this relaxation room

space. And then it was time for our final dinner. Another great meal.

I ordered several of them, these lavender elixirs throughout the weekend,

I truly can't recommend this place enough.

There's this new fabulous spot on Restaurant

Row inspired by the enigmatic Lola Montez,

and you can just get the sense from looking around that whatever Lola wants,

and they're technically European inspired,

Bar Lola sits on Restaurant Row in the theater district,

this is definitely my new spot for food and drinks before a show or after a show,

Hendrick's created a Midsummer Night's fever dream called Anotherland to

celebrate its first new flavor in a long time,

The pop-up was envisioned by the storyteller behind Sleep No More,

but from the first insanely delicious sip,

I was questioning if I like it and the adventure hadn't even begun.

We ventured through Shakespeare-covered walls on the main floor for

more chaos in the form of more drinks and bites,

And this was no normal event space either.

We found hidden doors around every corner,

leading to some communal and super intimate one

on one moments like this serene personal serenade.

and even a one on one tarot card reading.

you really feel like you're part of a story.

From personality-based botanical ingredients to vibey forest-like

dark hallways and dance-laden shared spaces,

interactive doesn't even begin to cover it.

The experience is only here for a limited time,

All they do here is ramen and boy are they good at it.

One thing about me is I love a trippy activity.

This was an immersive yoga and sound bath event at Shift Midtown.

This was unlike anything I've ever experienced.

The whole time, we were watching these really cool projections.

We laid back for the live sound bath portion and it was so amazing.
