A cute inclusive perk at the Inn is its self-serve wine bar,

offering a collection of local wines and spread of appetizers

Take in the history and elegance of the communal 

Conveniently located a couple doors down is Calibri.

This Mexican bistro provides a lively atmosphere.

but be warned that the lolly has a kick to it.

The guacamole here is delicious and I had just enough room for the Torta Del 

After all that food, not only was bed calling

but the self serve European continental breakfast

provided a welcomed fresh and light spread

Located behind the Inn is the ecology trail.

You'll be surprised by just how much wildlife you'll find here.

Alternatively, utilize one of the Inn's complimentary bikes

and take in the iconic view of Golden Gate Bridge.

One of our favorite holiday traditions is setting

off on a little adventure around the bay,

chasing twinkling lights and Christmas magic wherever it hides.

that adventure led us to the beloved Christmas Tree Lane in San Carlos,

a place that feels like it's been sprinkled with holiday fairy dust.

We slowly cruised down Eucalyptus Avenue where

San Carlos families have been transforming

their homes into a glowing Christmas wonderland since 1968.

Neighbors set up little stands along the way,

just pure holiday joy shared by a community that loves keeping the magic alive.

We enjoy driving around listening to our own Christmas music on Spotify.

This simple drive turned into a heartwarming reminder that some

of the most memorable holiday experiences don't cost a thing.

SF chef Anthony Strong opened a budget friendly pasta place,

It sells over 30 types of fresh or dried pastas with sauces,

The menu where every dish is under $25 is short but changes constantly,

so I shall be constantly coming back for more.

I really like this place because their organic ice cream flavors

are different types of tea which I haven't found anywhere else

They also change their menu up constantly.
