We're always looking for unique and fun outdoorsy dates and amazing

co has a mystery picnic that we had to check out.

You get to choose which neighborhood you want the picnic in and you'll be sent

riddles that you'll have to solve to reveal where you're picking up food from.

We love the mystery aspect of the experience and we got to explore

Lincoln Park and pick up delicious food from all over the place.

We stopped at five different places and picked up sandwiches, salads, dips,

Once we solved all our clues and picked up our food,

we headed to our final destination to enjoy our picnic.

This is the absolute perfect way to get out on the water,

and just appreciate Chicago's beautiful scenery and the

so I definitely had to grab one of those.

This scenic ninety-minute tour starts by Michigan Avenue,

and you get to just appreciate the unique architecture all along the river.

Visit the National Public Housing Museum in Little Italy to explore interactive exhibits and learn about the history and impact of public housing in Chicago and nationwide.

• If you decide to do their historic apartment tour, you should know they last around an hour and a half, so be sure to plan accordingly. 
• The museum is free, but they also accept donations.

• Be sure to hit all floors as there are interesting exhibits on all 3, including a rec room where you can play vinyls and learn about artists who lived in public housing. 🎧

Enjoy healthy and halal salads, sandwiches, bowls, and smoothies at The Bite in Little Italy—a great spot for a fresh, satisfying lunch.

Here are 3 places you should definitely visit the next time you're in Little Italy.

First is the National Public Housing Museum.

The museum is right in the middle of Taylor Street,

Wednesdays through Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

In addition to learning about the history of public housing,

interact with different installations within the museum.

They also offer historic apartment tours for $25 if you want the

opportunity to walk through three recreated apartments from the 1930s and 1970s.

and they also have smoothies and coffee if you're maybe not too hungry.

so you'll have to visit before summer ends.
