• If you like pizza, I HIGHLY recommend ordering their Tartufata pizza. If you’re a pasta person, you must try the Pappardelle Funghi truffle pasta. Be sure to leave some room for dessert so you can order their sorbet/ice cream off their Zero Gradi menu. The strawberry sorbet was delicious! 😋

• Fun Fact: “Gradi” is Italian for “Degrees”. 400 Gradi originally became a hit by cooking their pizza at 400 degrees. Their sister-shop, Zero Gradi, freezes their ice cream at 0 degrees.

favorite is this Cabernet sauvignon called Freak Show.

Alyssa got the Italian Margarita to go with

her Margherita pizza that she really enjoyed.

The best pizza on the menu is this Tartufata Truffle pizza.

I highly recommend my mother really loved it if you're a pasta girly like myself,

Kilmacs Oak Cliff

there is a brand new bar in Bishop Arts that you have to know about.

Kilmacs is a beautifully dim lit bar with the best vibes.

They also have a wonderful outdoor patio.

They have an Airstream out in their patio that you could go to for service.

They're also furry friendly and the outside literally looks like a castle.

It's so beautiful at night with the lights lit up.

So be sure to check it out in the evening.

Cynthia got the smoked Guinness old fashioned and it was incredible.

The Aztec chocolate bitters and the buffalo trace gave it a really unique flavor.

I got the Santa Muerte and my mezcal Peeps.

This is definitely going to be your go to.

The garlic knots were very good and for our first pizza,

I got the dragon's breath and Cynthia got the matcha chai spritz.

which really gave it an extra special flavor.

I got the Tarragon Clover Club and Cynthia got the lemon poppy sour,

and they were a perfect sweet treat to end our night on.

We said we're going to get a plaque here because we're going to be regulars.

We had an incredible time and learned so much

in our Mozzco cheesemaking class with Mozzarella Company.

He taught us how to make all of these cheeses.

we got prepped with these aprons that we got to take home.

Mauricio taught us about the history of Mozzarella Company and Paula Lambert,

We got a tour of the facility and got to see all

the cool and unique cheeses that they craft every single day.

I love the story about the Deep Ellum Blues.

so we heated up milk and poured in the lemon juice and stirred until we got our curds.

We then scooped the ricotta and sifted into our baskets.

Mauricio demonstrated how to make every single cheese for our class,

so the next one were these mozzarella balls.

Each cheese we made starts with the same foundation,

The next cheese we made was the Oaxaca cheese.

she traveled a lot to get expert advice on how to make her cheeses.

and then we got to shape our Oaxaca cheese,

The last one we made was a mozzarella roll with an olive spread in the middle,

got to take all of our cheeses home and we

ended the class with wine and a nice cheese spread.

We got to take a look behind the scenes of this iconic churro spot,

so we got to watch them pipe their churros,

We got a churro box which comes with 4 different churros.

They drop them in their associated sugars.

Natalie got their signature set with half and half ice cream.

and it's topped off with an ube churro and some delicious ube sauce.

They even torch the cheese on it and melt it and sprinkle it with some seasoning.

She said the flavors all went really well together and

I could not wait to get into the churro box.
