We recently took a chocolate making class at Raaka in Red Hook.

This was a really comprehensive class which started

with learning about the cocoa beans and taste testing

and then we got to choose which ones we wanted to use for our own chocolate.

therapeutic? Halfway through, we took a break to taste test

This is a hot take but the Bananas Foster is my favorite chocolate bar from Raaka.

You'll leave this class with plenty of chocolate.

I got there early and they gave me a cute little mixed shot while I waited,
