• Parking is easy, but there can be traffic depending on time of day so plan accordingly. We went on a Sunday Afternoon and it only took 40 minutes from SF. 
• Book up to 7 slots; if you need less others can join your session but they keep the groups very small so you’re not crammed at any point. 

💪 Pro tips
• 2 towels is ideal so one can be used for the sauna and one after you cold plunge.
• Tea and coffee are available but no food on site so bring a snack if you’d like!
• Afterwards we went to Stellina Pronto in downtown and they have amazing pizza and pastries.

Unwind at Sundrop

By now we all know there are so many health benefits attributed

to saunas and cold plunges plus a little vitamin D.

But coming by, this isn't always easy, especially in SF.

But right outside of the city, we found this riverside oasis featuring all three.

We booked a 90 minute session and were blown away with the views,

It's packed with enough amenities for your fancy friends,

All you're gonna bring is a towel and a swimsuit.

And all you're gonna do is sauna…rinse…cold plunge, and repeat.

The sauna comfortably fits up to seven people,

so it's perfect for a group of friends or- in true sauna culture fashion-

Make new ones. Sundrop definitely attracts a great energy;

Getting to connect and share this unique experience made it even better.

We made it through three cycles and even though the time flew by,

we never felt rushed and we left feeling happy and relaxed.

Despite the Bay area's range of attractions,

there's a need for European sauna culture that Sundrop is out to fill.

but anywhere! This gorgeous sauna is actually built on wheels,

so you can book it for an off the grid event and they'll come to you.

They host events too like kayak and sauna,

and I personally recommend getting the punch pass

because one session is never enough. Book through the

at the Music Concourse of Golden Gate Park.

people were enjoying the beautiful weather,

and jamming out to the great music that was being played.

and that's exactly what happens when this event takes place.

and joy being felt through the tunes that the DJs were playing.

It was incredible to hear all the great music being played,

while being in one of the most beautiful parts of the city.

and take in all the great views around this part of the Golden Gate Park.

• Patio seating is communal so walk towards the back and ask the staff for seating. They’ll point you to available seats.

• Try to arrive as close to opening to avoid the long food waits or risking it selling out for the night

Here's an easy way to shake up your weeknight routine.

Grab a friend and pull up to Emporium Arcade Bar.

We got there around 6 and basically had the whole place to ourselves.

No waiting and straight into the games —

which is how we ended up playing for 2 hours straight.

Just shutting our brains off and getting a little competitive.

So save this for when you need a real reset after work.
