Our instructor then helped us box our cakes up for the drive home.

Be prepared to climb lots of stairs and there will be breaks to look at pictures.

It was crazy to see the surrounding area,

which used to be an airfield with hundreds of planes landing on it daily.

you will get to the top of the tower with these great views of Denver and the Rockies

Try to see major landmarks like the Flatirons or Red Rocks;

you'll see signs in the direction they're supposed to be in.

but what really kept capturing my eye was the city skyline.

What's really cool is that this tour is on the newer

side and so you might be commemorated on a nice plaque.
