Emerald City Trapeze Arts gives you and your significant other

the time of your life at their weekly date nights.

I was so excited for this experience since doing trapeze always seemed so fun.

We walked in and were greeted warmly by members of the circus school.

The first thing you notice is the huge variety and

ages that are all standing in line for trapeze.

One thing they were all bonded by their love for it.

The day nights here start with an hour of partner acrobatics.

We started with the warm up and went into some insane sequences that I

had no idea my boyfriend and I could ever be able to do.

The teachers were also energetic and helpful.

Truly this exercise was the best way to build

a realm of trust I'd never opened before.

some couples races and even build a human pyramid.

There was genuinely no such thing as pushing yourself too far,

The teachers made sure to gear us up properly with the

right process and make us feel comfortable for our first flight.

We ran the sequence on the ground and got to practice

several times before it was time for the real deal.

The feeling of leaning off an edge of 23 ft high is like no other.

We all got to go a couple times and even watch her takes to see what we could improve.

The instructor on the ground would also shut out calls so you knew exactly what to do.

Every single person hit the full sequence on their first try.

This date night was probably one of the best date nights we've ever had,

and I couldn't imagine a better activity to push

yourself outside of your comfort zone with each other.

Maybe it's convinced us to quit our jobs and become a part of the circus.

The Ladies Room

Grab your swimsuits and your girlfriends,

and facility that offers different types of rest,

the people at the front desk go over the rules with you,

the main one being that silence is golden and no phones are allowed.

Showers and locker room are truly so beautiful.

They also ask that before you use any of the facilities,

There are 3 pools you get to play around in a hot pool,

My friend Nikki and I both tried out the cold plunge pool,

which took an insane amount of breath work and of course she dunked her head under,

which then meant that I had to dunk my head under the pool.

It was so cold I literally ran out of there.

I knew I wanted to spend time in one of the saunas and luckily they have 3 options.

so much time just breathing great eucalyptus air.

Since Nikki and I were the only ones there,

we spent the majority of the time yapping,

and massages that you can add on on top of exploring the pools and the sauna.

After about an hour of relaxing in the pools,

we got back into our robes and headed to the relaxation room.

It has a bunch of cute couches you can sit at,

This was a really nice way to end our day,

I would definitely come back here and I hope you do too.
