• Bring a playlist! You can plug in your own music to the sound system on deck
• BE BRAVE AND DO THE COLD PLUNGE! This was the cherry on top - being able to fling yourself off the rooftop and jump into the cold Lake Union water really wakes you up!

and cold plunges to the heart of Seattle.

and a beautiful rooftop where you can lounge and soak in the views.

we were greeted warmly by the owners of Wild House,

a group of friends and family who just wanted

to share one of their favorite experiences in Seattle.

We then got to change into swimsuits and start the soothing sauna experience.

We could add water and essential oils to really steam up the room and add a scent.

all you had to do was wear one of the provided

robes and step outside for some cool weather and refreshments.

we even had the opportunity to take a dip in Lake Union.

but it didn't even matter because we'd just get back into the sun of a warm up.

We did the sunset tour and I cannot emphasize how good this timing is.

Being able to capture the sunset on the boat's rooftop was perfect for pictures,

and the vibe completely changed after it got dark.

Wadhouse was a whole two hour journey that was filled with luxury and relaxation.

Spice Wala is vibrant, unpretentious, and serves Indian street food like it should be served. Kathi rolls (Paneer, Chicken, Lamb), Tikki Chaat, chai, fries—everything tastes good and doesn't wreck your wallet. Modern Indian charm, zero fluff, all flavor.

Drive to Ballard for vibrant Indian street food at Spice Waala—kathi rolls, tikki chaat, and chai in a relaxed, modern spot. Great for cravings and casual hangs.

Get there hungry. Try all three kathi rolls if you can. Tikki Chaat is non-negotiable. Grab chai, grab a beer, grab fries. Everything works solo or shared.

Hit it around 5-6PM when the vibe is peak. Fills up fast but moves quick. Ask what's fresh—they'll steer you right.

Like it's 5 p.m. in India and you're craving a

visit to your usual hangout spot with your friends,

It's a vibrant little spot with full-on modern Indian

charm that's serving our favorite Indian street food.

We tried the chicken and lamb curti rolls,

and they even have a few options of Indian beers.

• First things first, you’ll need a reservation: https://www.luckiefarms.com 🌾
• The farm is located in Lake Stevens, less than an hour north of Seattle! 🚗
• We booked the interactive farm experience! It lasted about an hour for $35! 💵
• If you choose to do the tour, it will ask you to add on the 20-minute calf snuggle experience as you’re checking out! That is an extra $20! 🐄
• If you’re not interested in the tour, there is an option just to do the snuggles! (BUT I recommend the tour to see the adult cows and all the other amazing animals!) 🫏🦌🦙
• Keep in mind that you are heading to a farm! You may encounter some dirt and mud… and other things often found on the ground at a farm! Wear appropriate shoes! 🥾
• Dress for the weather! You’re outside the whole time! ❄️☀️
• Please follow the farmers’ instructions! Some  animals you’ll see can’t be fed. (For us, we could pet the donkeys but not feed them.)

• Don’t be late! The tours/sessions start right on time! ⏱️
• They ask that you don’t also arrive TOO early! There’s limited parking, and tours are operating all day! Parking is free! 🚙
• This experience is absolutely kid-friendly! 🧒
• We went in winter, but we absolutely want to go back in the summer! The farm grows its own flowers as well! 💐￼
