• You may be confused when the directions take you to an alley way but don’t worry that’s where this starts! 
• You can request which stops you’d like too but be aware they should be close enough to be able to bike to
• All the bars come with things to do, but I’d suggest playing Beer Golf with a big group of people!

Cycles Saloon is Seattle's only party biking company that uses your team of up

to 16 to drive the vehicle across to bars and breweries in Ballard.

We booked this for my boyfriend's birthday and had an absolute blast.

We started by meeting our lovely vehicle drivers and then

set straight to Ruben's for some good old beer.

can usually fit in about 3 breweries on this tour where you

buy your own drinks and have about 45 minutes to hang around.

a game where you had to chug your drink in the least amount of sips possible to win.

the biking component of this actually is a workout.

You really need to be a team player and pull your weight.

We wandered through the Queen Anne Farmers' Market.

Noticed a long queue and hype at the falafel slam food truck.

Turned it into a picnic in the park and savored the delicious bites.

There's no place like Seattle in the summer,

and every year I find something new to do.

Flow Fitness puts on free yoga in the park at Lake Union Park down by Mohi.

It's a perfect after work activity as it's from 6 to 7.

and the only thing they ask you to bring is water and a yoga mat.

They also have different vendors you can check out.

a non-alcoholic beer that I actually really Love.

There was a chiropractic to get your posture checked out,

and they were even having a raffle for a new yoga mat.

While I'm not much of a yoga person myself,

I did really enjoy how they took us through some breath work,

had us do various Benyase flows and really made me

feel limber and loose by the end of our session.

so I definitely recommend getting there slightly early.

and I'm obsessed with this luxury B&B we stayed at.

Domain Madeliene is one of the original luxury B&Bs in Port Angeles.

We spent two nights in the River Elva suite,

and every moment felt worthy of a travel magazine.

The patio opened up to the enchanting view overlooking the Strait of Juan de Fuca

It's only about 10 miles from the Olympic National Park Visitor Center,

which makes it a perfect base for exploring the park's beauty.

• There is often plenty of street parking on the east side of Cal Anderson park (about 2 blocks from the studio).
•  I also enjoy Jess Klein’s heated vinyasa class. If you decide to take a heated class from Sweatbox, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IT IS VERY VERY HOT! A DRYP heated class, for instance, feels cool compared to a Sweatbox heated vinyasa — please be prepared, rest when you need to and bring lots of water!

you know that I practice yoga at DRYP in South Lake Union,

but I also go to Sweatbox Yoga in Capitol Hill.

but they also have a loft area that offers unheated classes.

there is a door in your loft with a keypad,

Y'all know that I love Kelly Fulford's class over at DRYP,

so I basically followed her over to Sweatbox to take her Saturday morning vinyasa.

so I recommend getting there early to get a prime spot.

I personally like to be at the front because I don't like looking at

And I really like this class because it's more

of a creative flow and perfect for all levels.

Just a couple blocks away is Anchorhead Coffee where I get a blueberry matcha.

but it also kind of tastes like a Froot Loop,

But this is such a treat to get after yoga.
