We loved how many opportunities there were to play with the Legos.

This exhibit took over 2 years and 6 million Legos to build and is so awe inspiring,

not to mention there are great photo ops.

The interior is packed with Harry Potter decor like the sorting hat,

and of course they have butterbeer on the menu and it's loaded with glitter which 

Sitting on the top deck is such a vibe with all the twinkling fairy lights,

and I really loved all the fun interactive touches throughout like

the board game table that we definitely took advantage of,

the free photo booth that had wizarding props and gave you

a chance to play bus driver, and their guest book,

Spend the day at Rockaway Beach eating good seafood, walking along the shore, and ending it with a pronto pup!

Here's a dog friendly day trip itinerary at Rockaway Beach,

and check out the home of the original corn dog.

We're starting our trip at the Old Oregon Smokehouse,

Our favorite was the fish and chips because the fish was fresh and flaky,

We then walked across the street to the beach entrance and walked along the shore.

It was such a beautiful day out and you can see the twin rocks arch in the distance.

We found a spot to lay down and enjoy the sun.

and it was a great way to end our day trip.

So take a drive to the coast to enjoy some classic food options,

Rose Festival only comes around once a year, don’t miss it!

Plan for Rose Festival 

This is a reminder that the Portland Rose Festival

The City Fair is a main attraction across all three weekends,

and each weekend also has unique events like

this opening night fireworks show that we caught.

You can purchase City Fair tickets at the gate or online,

and you can scope out the events for each weekend online as well.

but some of our favorite parts were this retro arcade tent full of vintage games,

which had killer views from the top of the Willamette River and downtown,

which had equally epic views with a little bit of thrill added,

as well as the live music on the Rose City stage,

which we really enjoyed dancing around to throughout the night.
