Intimate Secret Wine Club in Brooklyn🍷🤫

Explore the exclusive wine club at Public Display of Affection in Brooklyn, where you can share and vote on wines during a family-style dinner.

• There are different clubs: a standing Pinot Noir & a Sparkles one, and two different meetings - one on Tuesday and one on Wednesday (per month), with formats that change a bit depending on the day.
• I went to the Wednesday one and loved it! They provide wine and DELICIOUS food.

• At the Wednesday meeting, everyone brings a bottle of wine to share with the table. At the end, the group votes for their favorite bottle, and the person with the most votes gets to pick the grape for the next meeting!

There's a restaurant in Brooklyn that hosts an intimate wine club,

Public Display of affection is a family owned

and I was lucky enough to join their wine club where everyone brings

a bottle to share with the table in a family style dinner.

PDA has it nailed because we were greeted with wine as soon as we

stepped in and after everyone arrived we all sat down to enjoy dinner together.

Here's the fun part: each person shares a story with their wine,

the table votes on their favorite bottle.

CJ Hendry has a mainstay plush flower shop pop-up.

It's on Prince Street in SoHo and is just as

endorphins inducing on a rainy day as you can imagine.

They have the most cutie selection of plush flowers that rotate daily,

so you'll never know what you're going to find.

They're open 10 to 6 daily and are $10 each.

Grab food at SYKO

This is your sign to touch grass and go on a short stroll in Prospect Park.

Check out the dog beach before heading to the peninsula.

This field of flowers covered the lake so beautifully,

so make sure to save this plan to follow the route.

We went deep into the ravine and if you're a

person who loves nature and easy strolls like this,

we ended off with Syrian and Korean fusion at SYKO.

Take the Metro North to Croton Harmon for an easy day trip, then head to Croton Gorge Park for stunning waterfall views, picnicking, and a short scenic hike.

• bring everything you need (we packed a ton of food)
• once at Croton Harmon, get an uber to Croton Gorge Park (~$10) 

💪 Pro tips
• we saw people grilling - bring your own grill and everything you need if you wanna drive up here 
• go early, we got there at 9am, it can get crowded 
• if you’re driving, parking is $10 and limited 
• highly recommend the footpath hike up to the waterfall, views are insane and the hike is easy and worth it! 

Take the metro north to Croton Harmon

amazing waterfall views that's easy to get to?

This is your sign to take the Metro North from Grand Central to Croton Harmon

Then take a 7 minute Uber to reach Croton George Park and enjoy these stunning views.

We found a picnic table right under a tree with a view of the waterfall dam

and enjoyed the views while feasting on all the food we brought.

An ice cream truck pulled up and we definitely got some.

We played some badminton and games we brought before

following the footpath to the top of the dam.
