Come with me on my birthday trip to Antigua.

so upon arrival we found our taxi that we booked in the states and then

we took a 30 minute drive before we arrived at Pineapple Beach Club Antigua.

so we were there pretty early and our room wasn't ready,

so we got a chance to explore the resort and

they had sea turtles and just beauty all around.

I got a chance to discover my favorite place which was Pelican Snack Bar.

was made to order and it was honestly the first time

I experienced something like that in an all inclusive resort.

it was time for some drinks and beach time.

I always like to do something that makes me feel alive

and for the past few years it's been zip lining.

This time with Antigua Rainforest zip line tours.

I got a chance to get that adrenaline rush I

was looking for and beautiful views of the countryside,

This was the most relaxing birthday I've ever had.

I spent the majority of my time by the beach in the pool,

the hotel hosted a carnival and you know I had

to come through and shake my little tail feather.

The party ensued through the rest of the night and I turned up with my birthday twins,

way to switch up my routine and start the morning.

@journalingclasses offers a somatic body painting workshop!

We started off with writing our names and collectively picked a tarot card.

I love how we got to write down a word that resonated with us on our matchbox

and then lit our intention candles with it.

We drew and painted on the canvas and our bodies

and even danced a little in response to each prompt.

It was such a loving space of vulnerability,

I've never played with paint like this before and my inner child was so happy.

It was so transformative and I left feeling re-centered and loved 💕
