you are taken through the most amazing dining experience.

After descending into the speakeasy style restaurant,

we were seated at the 12 seat chef's counter.

The bartender helped us choose the perfect drinks before

we were taken through a 15 course Omakase meal.

We enjoyed everything from bread with tom yum butter to tuna three ways.

and overall dining experience made for one of the

best dinners I've had the pleasure of enjoying.

The chefs masterfully blended various cuisines,

techniques and components to deliver the most unique and delicious dishes.

What to know

Sushi Moment is the best reasonably priced sushi in Denver.

but the costs are just too high at some of the well-known spots.

it doesn't look like much on the outside,

but it has one of the best spicy tuna rolls I've ever had.

Everything I've tried there is great and the service is nice and quick.

They also run a daily lunch special that's an especially good deal.

so make sure to support this business and have some amazing sushi while you're at it.

The historic Evans school has been turned into the Schoolyard Beer Garden. It’s a mixed used space with offices a restaurant, a café and craft beer.

Mile High Teppan brings the heat with a full backyard hibachi setup.

Our group was celebrating a birthday and I think this might

be the only way to celebrate birthdays from now on.

it really couldn't have been a better experience.

We had a full menu from appetizers to surf and turf and dessert,

and we enjoyed sipping on sake while watching the show.

I'm proud to say that nearly our whole group caught the flying shrimp.

Each spot had the most unique bites and drinks like truffle

and the most unique drink I've ever had a bone marrow sherry shot.

The food and drinks were just the right amount of adventurous,

and the ambience of each restaurant was so unique.
